Core responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and current customers through regular communication (daily contacts, presentations, visits).
- Help to find new sales leads, expanding company’s customer base and ensuring its strong presence in the European market.
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brands.
- Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.
- Communicate product and pricing details clearly, promote new products.
- Provide support to meet the client’s needs and ensure the excellent customer experience.
- Act as the communication connection between a client and a business, ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries.
- Monitor and analyze client account performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent products.
